Sports Radio New York is a network of New York sports related talk shows started by Rob Kowal in June of 2008. After hosting a variety of sports related talk shows at WGBB, Rob began inviting hosts of other programs to broadcast their shows from the WGBB studio in West Babylon, NY. Soon thereafter, Sports Radio NY was born.

All of the shows that now comprise the Sports Radio NY network of shows have a focus on New York sports. Our shows tend to focus on features with New York sports athletes, writers and personalities not typically heard from on other stations. All of our hosts are passionate about New York sports, and work extremely hard to put out a quality program each and every time they take to the airwaves.

Check us out every Sunday night between 9:00pm and 11:00pm, when we air two quality 1-hour shows LIVE from the studios of AM1240-WGBB on Long Island. You can also listen online from anywhere in the world by clicking on the LISTEN LIVE icon at the top of the page during the broadcast.

All of our shows are archived, so if you miss our live broadcast- you can always come back to this site to play or download all past shows, or just listen to the interviews that interest you most. Plus, we are now videotaping episodes from the studio, incorporating images and video footage to make things more interesting for you. All videotaped episodes, interviews, and segments are also available to be seen and heard from this site.
